Angler’s Marine reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the user agreement without prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review the terms of this agreement.
The user agrees to the following terms:

1. All information that you provide to us for website membership is correct.
2. You will not use your membership to spam, harrass, or exploit other members in any way.
3. Vulgar, Abusive, Racist, and Sexist Language will not be tolerated.
4. No mass posting or flooding of the gallery or forum (if active) is allowed.
5. You must be polite and courteous to other members.
6. You will settle personal issues privately.

Angler’s Marine will solely and exclusively own all intellectual property and other rights, title and interest in and to the Angler’s Marine, and Angler’s Marine will have the sole and exclusive right to obtain trademark and copyright registrations, patents and other protection therefore. You will not acquire any right, title or interest in any rights of Angler’s Marine under this agreement or otherwise.

You hereby grant to Angler’s Marine an unlimited non-exclusive, royalty-free right, to utilize any content submitted to the Angler’s Marine website.
